Project Manager

Hiring on behalf of a leading Irish company, seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead planning and delivery across a data and analytics change portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data and analytics initiatives from intake through to closure
• Develop and maintain delivery plans covering scope, milestones, RAID, resourcing, and communications
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to clarify requirements, agree priorities, and manage expectations
• Plan and coordinate Business Analyst capacity and skills across the portfolio
• Own project budgeting from initial proposals through to expenditure monitoring and adjustments
• Select and apply appropriate delivery approaches — Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid
• Empower and delegate to Business Analysts, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in delivery or project management roles
• Proven track record delivering complex programmes in a regulated environment
• Strong experience with project management tools and software
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage trade-offs
• Degree in Business, IT, Management, or related discipline
